Subject: Registration of a Raven Project Client (RPC)

Registering with: Raven Project Partner's Group, a cooperative of three entities, also known as, Party of the Second Part, as established in the “Confidential NDA, MOU & Working Agreement" at this site, endorsed between the parties.

This document is to establish you as the Representative for The Raven Project in relation to the following RPC:

The Raven Program Representative shall be compensated as outlined in the documents referenced above for the management of those clients, which in summary is as follows: 

A One-Time Success Fee of 4% (four percent) of all funds a RPC place into the program to Purchase CMI (Carbon Mineral Interest) Units.

Should the RPC increase the capacity, the Program Representative will be compensated for the increase in capacity at the same rate. 

The one-time payment, except for increases in capacity payments, shall be made once the Client is approved, the funds are received, and clear the bank. 

To expedite this process, or to register multiple Clients (RPCs), contact Dr. Collins at +1(941)266-5497.  An acknowledgement communication will be issued electronically to the email your register for the Representative.  In most cases, this occurs on the same day, assuming the Representative is previously Registered by having a signed "Confidential MOU, NDA, & Working Agreement" on file. If not, that step will be required prior to registering a client. 

Should The Raven Project Partner's Group or a registered RCP experience 6 months or more of dormancy, inactivity, or lack of contact from a Project Representative, that Rep may be dismissed, and the client may be reassigned. Delays requested by RCPs do not count against Dormancy or Inactivity.

Intent to establish representation

The Project Representative does hereby notify the Raven Project Partner's Group of this Client Registration and executes and acknowledges the terms of this understanding, effective after the submission of this form, once received, acknowledged, and approved by the Raven Project Partner's Group. Electronic signatures are acceptable to create originals and notarization is not required.
